Many of us have created lives that give very little support for 

experimentation. We believe that answers already exist out 

there, independent of us. What if we invested more time and

 attention to our own experimentation? We could focus our 

efforts on discovering solutions that work uniquely for us.

  I see my future now not as something intangible like a dream,
 but like a boat meeting land after time spent at sea, a destination I  will reach and before you make a decision, ask yourself this  question: will it result in regret or joy in the future?

 Invest in your knowledge and future! Especially if you got kids, you don't want them going through life struggling trying to find jobs to survive and dealing with managers that don't know how to act because of their position, you don't want them to go through what you went through.... If you live day by day then you wont have something to look forward to.

 My temperment is choleric. Because the  choleric temperament is fundamentally ambitious.I have a lot of aggression, energy, and/or passion, and try to instill it in others. I can dominate people of other temperaments, especially phlegmatic types. However, cholerics also tend to be either highly disorganized or highly organized.A cholerics also fall into deep and sudden depression. Essentially, they are very much prone to mood swings.

    Failure is not fatal nor that you are finished but the result 

of unfinished product waiting to be reproduced, reprocessed 

and polished. Failure is that you have learned your 

omissions, mistakes or what you did not do right or well at 

the last attempt. You can transform failure into a fortune by 

dealing with what went wrong. Failure is only a product of 

uncorrected mistakes.

      All achievers had plans that they clearly listed or 

outlined and run to their fulfillment. If you want to make it 

as they did, you have to make a plan that defines your 

purpose; you must write out and clearly define who you are 

and who you want to be, what you have to do to be that 

person and how it will be done.
